My husband and I were delighted with our guide. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the cultural destinations in Barcelona. We visited the Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, and the Barri Gotic all in one day www.privatetoursinistanbul.com but it never felt overwhelming as she paced us well and took breaks as we needed (what with me being 7 months pregnant!) Her English was excellent and she always took the time to answer any whimsical questions about Catalan language, life, and whatnot that crossed our minds. A must if you want to experience Barcelona in the most in-depth way possible!

It happened to me! I am an old woman with no idea as to what I could have possibly done to deserve such a rapid and final punishment. I do not even know what I could do so it did not happen again if they reinstated it because they don't even bother to tell me. Then they say you have to go through "proper channels" after you figure it out! Really?

They have to have the worst customer service of anything I have ever been a member of. I know they are in trouble with the FTC for this very thing, disabling and denying access for you to either close your account and/or delete your information and capture your personal photos back (I had no idea this could happen to me.) All the while they continue to use your information to make their money. I see nudity, obscenity, racial slurs, instigating, downright bullying and multiple accounts, yet that behavior goes unabated. I also was not aware just how disconnected you become when they take your account away, how many things you no longer have access to! I just don't get it but I think by the time they allow me back in, I will no longer care to be held hostage by their bad and frustrating behaviors.

Same here, I called the 1-800 number to ask about my order that was placed on black friday. On my confirmation email, the expected arrival date was between Dec 8-12, 2011. Now it got push back until JAN 27th!!!!!!! I never received any email from them about this. Now, I couldn't even cancel my order because the status is 'processing'. She didn't want to transfer me to the supervisor either, because she said she can handle the situation.... And when I still insist to be transferred to the supervisor, she just hung up on me.... UGgghhhh!!!!
